The East District Baseball Coaches Association is associated with the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association, serving Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, East Liverpool, Guernsey, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Lisbon Beaver, Magnolia Sandy Valley, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Tuscarawas, Washington and Wellsville.
